Articles vs Blogs
Social Media is everywhere and it's big business! The business of content writing is growing and the number of opportunities for writers is increasing right along with it!
There's an outlet for every type of writer. Do you write novels, short stories or poems? Write a book that can be in print, online or downloaded to a reader. Do you like to write shorter informative pieces about a specific topic-or maybe just keep you friends and family updated on your daily life? Write a blog.
Or, are you somewhere in the middle? Do you write articles that are between 800-1200 word articles about subjects that are important to you in which you know others would appreciate reading but would probably never see the shelves of a traditional book store? The Voice of God
But there are some that have had experiences of God speaking to them that is more than just a "feeling". Discipline: Definition

Disciple: Definition
"a person who is a pupil or an adherent of the doctrines of another; follower"
"any follower of Christ"
The Discipline of a Disciple
To be a true disciple of Christ or to be a Christian, which means Christ-like, your life should be a witness to others of God's love and grace. It's a conscious effort we all have to make and renew daily! None of us are perfect but we strive to achieve Christ's example!
"For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope-the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good." ~ Titus 2:11-14

Judging Others
Be careful how you view others and remember
we are all human. We all have strengths and weakness
that may be different from those you see around you.
Show compassion.
Humans are complex creations of God.
We have layers-some good, some not.
We all have a different view of what beauty
is but we all have worth-created by God, loved by God!
Reserve judgment on what is different
from you. Remember that God is good.
Therefore, we should look for the goodness
of God in all His creations!

Morning Glories Beginnings:The Book
Morning Glories Devotionals started as a collection of inspired writings and was published as a book in 2009. I began writing in 2006 when the Holy Spirit spoke to me one word "write". I, of course, did what came natural. I argued. I gave every reason why I shouldn't or couldn't write. I never have-don't know how-have nothing to write about. With each excuse I received a one word rebuttal-write. Three times the Holy Spirit spoke the single word-write. So, with that, I picked up my pen and a legal pad and began writing whatever came to mind. The first couple of pieces were very short but within 2 weeks I was writing 900-1200 word stories with a new divinely inspired topic every 2 weeks. Within a year I had a substantial collection. I prayed about what I was to do with what I had accumulated. The result of my inspired labor is the book you see above. It is meant to be a study devotional with room for journaling so that your Bible study can be your own personal discovery experience.
